Can I get it back the same day?
Yes, for most models. Battery replacement is usually done while you wait or by later that day. If the outlet doesn't have your model's battery in the grade you picked, they'll tell you before you hand over the phone.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in to any of the 16 outlets. Sending your model on WhatsApp first lets the outlet confirm the part is in stock.
Will I lose my photos or chats?
No. Replacing the battery doesn't touch your data. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair — it's good practice.
Will Battery Health go back to 100%?
With Genuine grade it reads from the new battery. With Standard and Premium it depends on your model and iOS version. Ask the technician to show you what your model displays before you choose.
Why does Settings say Unknown Part?
On iPhone XR, XS and later, iOS lists replaced batteries in Parts and Service History. Standard grade shows Unknown Part, Premium shows Used, Genuine shows Genuine Apple Part. The phone works normally either way.
What's the difference between Standard, Premium and Genuine?
Mainly what iOS shows afterwards and the warranty: Standard 90 days, Premium and Genuine 180 days. Our battery grades page compares them side by side.
How long is the warranty?
90 days for Standard, 180 days for Premium and Genuine. It covers manufacturing defects in the battery — swelling and abnormally fast drain.
My battery is swollen. Can I still use the phone?
Stop charging it and bring it in as soon as you can. Don't press the screen back down. A swollen battery can crack the screen from inside.
Is it worth replacing the battery on an iPhone 11 or older?
Usually yes, if the rest of the phone is fine. A new battery is the cheapest way to keep an older iPhone working well as a daily or backup phone.
Does a battery replacement affect water resistance?
We fit a new adhesive seal, but no repair can promise factory water resistance afterwards. Treat the phone as splash-proof, not waterproof.
Can I send my phone instead of coming in?
WhatsApp us first and we'll explain the options for getting the phone to an outlet.
Can you replace the screen at the same time?
Yes. Tell us both jobs on WhatsApp and we'll quote them together.
How often should an iPhone battery be replaced?
When Maximum Capacity drops below about 80%, or the phone starts shutting down early. For most people that's every two to three years.
